  • Position Upgrade to Manager (Promotion)

You primary job is promotion

Responsibility Deliverables

  • You deliver promotional activity.

  • You interact with the public (consumer).

  • You are the Messenger of the client/brand.

  • You are a social media enhancer.

Promotional Activity:

  • You deliver the promotional activity as per Your training.

  • You do that excellently.

  • You actively observe the response of the public towards Your promotion.

  • You follow the instructions of Manager (Promotion)

  • You report their feedback to Your Senior Manager (Promotion) in Your next interaction. 

  • You give Your suggestions for the improvement of the promotional activity to Your Senior Manager (Promotion).

Public Interaction:

  • You interact with the public with a warm heart and cheerful disposition. 

  • You bring smiles to their faces.

  • You encourage them to click photos with You and make videos.

  • You give them Your official phone number, email address and social media contacts so that they can share those with You. 

  • You save their phone number, email address and social media contacts so that You can share those with them.

  • You share all this data with Your Senior Manager (Promotion) in Your next interaction.

Messenger of the client/brand:

  • You represent the client / brand in front of the public, so You behave responsibly.

  • You talk with people about the client / brand in a very positive way.

  • You record the good comments about the client / brand with contact of the source.

Social Media Enhancer:

  • You promote the social media content daily as asked by Your Senior Manager (Promotion). 

  • You encourage Your friends and acquaintances to help You in social media promotion.

  • You forward the recorded photos, videos and content to Your public contacts made that day.

  • You engage with Your public contacts on social media regularly and report the same to Your Senior Manager (Promotion).

Requirements :

  • Outgoing and comfortable with public interaction.

  • Able to do acting, drama in front of the public.

  • Comfortable in dressing up in costume as per the character requirement.

  • Good stamina for field work.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good social media skills.
